The MFAH house museums—Bayou Bend and Rienzi—kick off spring with a two-day gardening extravaganza. Spring House and Gardens Days (held the weekend after River Oaks Garden Club’s Azalea Trail), showcase the flora and fauna that populate the celebrated gardens of both MFAH estates. The dual-property event features tours tailored to the respective gardens, and learning opportunities for adult garden enthusiasts.  Hours                                                                  Saturday, March 16, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.             Sunday, March 17, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.                 Admission $15 is valid for both houses and both days of the program.Parking Free parking is available at Bayou Bend: use the entrance at Memorial Drive and Westcott Street.
