Races: Swim 200 Yards, Bike 8 Miles, Run 2 Miles The TriGirl Super Sprint Triathlon will consist of a 200 yard open water lake swim, 8 mile bike and a 2 mile run. The TriGirl Super Sprint Duathlon will consist of a 1/2 mile run, 8 mile bike and a 2 mile run. Awards Awards will be given to overall finisher, overall master finisher and 5 deep in 5 year age groups in the sprint triathlon. The relay award distribution will be determined by the number of entrants in the relay division. The duathlon awards will be given to Overall, Masters and 3 deep in 5 year age groups and 3 deep in relays. Packet Pickup / Expo There will be registration and packet pickup on Friday, May 11th at ON THE RUN CLEAR LAKE, 2427 Bay Area Blvd. Houston, Texas 77058 (281-480-5388) 3-6 pm and Saturday, May 12th, at TRI ON THE RUN, 5535-B Memorial Drive, Houston 832-673-0600 from 10am - 4pm. NO RACE DAY PACKET PICK UP OR REGISTRATION ON RACE DAY. YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR PACKET PRIOR TO RACE DAY. No refunds Timing / Results This race will be timed by Run Wild Sports Timing. You will be required to wear a timing chip on your ankle to cross the finish line. CHIPS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED ON RACE MORNING FROM 5:30 am-6:30am. Participants will be responsible for lost chips. You MUST notify race personnel immediately if you drop out of the race at any time. Directions Alexander Deussen Park is located at 12303 Sonnier Street, Houston 77044. From Beltway 8, exit North Lake Houston Parkway. Follow North Lake Houston Parkway and keep left at the fork. This will take you to the main entrance to the park. Once in the park, drive all the way to the water to the large boat ramp and open air pavilion.
