The Danny Dietz Memorial Roping event raises money for the Navy SEAL Foundation; an organization that takes care of the families of Navy SEALs. Danny Dietz was a Navy SEAL killed in Afghanistan in 2005 and his widow, Patsy Dietz, organized this event in order to help raise money for the Navy SEAL Foundation.
