A regular ashtanga practice energizes the body, increases strength and flexibility, whilst calming the mind, releasing tension and anxiety. The result is a light and strong body, a clam mind and higher energy levels keeping the body and mind youthful and full of vitality! All participants must provide their own yoga mat.
