Banfield Charitable Trust's mission is to provide support to programs that keep pets and thier people together. Some of the programs that will benefit from this event are the HOPE Funds program which provides Help Overcoming Pet Emergencies when owners cannot afford the full cost of treatment. Other programs include helping hospice patients keep their pets, and supporting pet food distribution programs for Meals on Wheels clients. Whatever the situation may be, the BCT is ready to find a way to help keep the intact. Bark For Your Heart is expected to have an attendance of over 200 participants of all ages and abilities. There will be a 5k Fun Walk/Run, information botths, activities, contests, raffles, and prizes. Pre-registration: By October 27th* ADULTS: $25 CHILDREN 12 & UNDER: $15 *T-shirt and goodie bag guaranteed. ***T-shirts will be available for participants who register after April 15th on a first come first serve basis*** On-site Race-Day Registration: 7:45-10:45 AM, November 10, 2012 ADULTS: $35 CHILDREN 12 & UNDER: $25 *T-shirts and goodie bags as available.
