Project Leadership Associates is excited to announce a new series of monthly technical deep dive sessions called System Center 2012 Unplugged. These technical sessions are designed for IT professionals who are responsible for the architecture and management of their System Center environment and want to get up to speed on System Center 2012.
System Center Service Manager
Service Manager provides an integrated platform for automating and adapting your organization's IT service management best practices, such as those found in Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). It provides built-in processes for incident and problem resolution, change control, and asset lifecycle management.

This event will also focus on implementing System Center 2012 Orchestrator runbook automation. We will cover design, implementation and development as well as diving into logging and troubleshooting runbook issues. Also covered will be the deep interaction between the rest of the System Center family of products through Integration Packs.
