On the third Sunday of each month, ABNC offers a monthly themed activity from 1:00-3:00 pm. Additionally, docents conduct guided trail hikes at 2:00 pm, have demonstrations and interpretation on the various facets of the nature center, and allow you to enjoy some of the 2500 acres of preserved prairies, wooded hiking trails and wetlands. Please stop by the Center at 8500 Bay Area Blvd near Red Bluff Road in the Clear Lake area. Topics for upcoming Third Sundays include: September 16-Venture Outdoors; October 21- Paddles Up; November 18- Ancestral Echoes; December 16- Blowing in the Wind.
