North American College (NAC) is continuing its commitment to provide a nurturing environment where students can expand their personal and professional development to become active, responsible citizens on a local and global scale. On Thursday, November 1, 2012 at 9:00am, veterans, community members, local organizations, faculty, students, and staff will join State Representative Sylvester Turner to celebrate and promote community involvement in service-related activities, as well as commemorate the raising of the United States, Texas, and College flags over our campus at the Celebration of Civic Responsibility. The event will be held at North American College located at 3203 N Sam Houston Parkway West, Houston, Texas 77038 and will feature keynote remarks from the State Representative Turner as well as recognition for local community member and business owner Dorothy A. Miller.
