Antonio P. Sevilla, GPHR, HR Manager for International & Deepwater Exploration & Operations for Anadarko Petroleum. Antonio has over 20 years of experience working for multinational oil and gas and software companies in both managerial and staff positions in U.S. and international locations. Holding his MBA, Antonio has been recognized for his work in community outreach, in worklife balance and his global HR expertise.
Fred Bridgewater, Vice President of HR for ENglobal Corporation. Fred brings several years of senior level HR experience as well as strategic project management and initiation on a global basis. Known for his strengths as a mentor, Fred has used his collaborative management style in global corporations including Flour, Halliburton, Enron and ABB.
Patty Standley, GPHR. Patty has over 13 years of global Human Resources experience, in both practitioner and consulting roles, with a focus on the energy and engineering and construction industries. Patty's experience includes international assignment policy design, development and administration, global compensation, strategic planning and all aspects of operational human resources.
Mike Kahn, SPHR, Executive SR Partner for the Lucas Group. Mike brings a unique perspective with some 22 years in corporate as an HR practitioner combined with the last 6 years as an executive recruiter for HR professionals. Active in SHRM and a past president of HR Houston, Mike will share his experiences from “both sides of the table” in career development.

Directions and Parking Information: Heritage Plaza is across from the downtown Doubletree Hotel. Parking is available at the Doubletree hotel or Heritage Clay Street Parking Garage, 200 Clay, Houston 77002.You can park at the Doubletree hotel and walk across the street to the building – proceed to the 45th floor. Alternatively, park in the Heritage Clay Street Parking Garage – address of the garage is 200 Clay Street, Houston, TX 77002. If you park in the Clay Street Garage, park in any space that is not marked "Reserved." Take the elevator in the Clay Street Garage to the Basement (‘B’). Upon reaching Basement level, turn left and follow the hallway until you reach the wall with the large ‘H’ on it. Turn left and immediately on the right you will see two elevators. Take the elevator to the Sky Lobby (‘SL’). Once you reach the Sky Lobby, turn right and proceed to the middle bank of elevators. Proceed to the 45th floor to the Deloitte reception area – this is the floor where the meeting will take place.
