Chris Nemoto, Sushi Chef, Zushi Japanese Cuisine (For Ages 18 & Up) HANDS-ON. Chris honed his skills after extensive training with a master sushi chef. He’ll share insight into his techniques and genius at working creatively with ingredients in this very popular class. Tonight’s menu includes : Dynamite Roll (Lump Crab, Cucumber, Avocado rolled and topped with Spicy Baked Mussels); Nigiri Zushi; Yellowtail & Jalapeno Sashimi Appetizer (Hamachi, Jalapeno, Yuzo Kosho, Yuzu Soy & Truffle Oil); and Dragon Roll (Shrimp Tempura, Cucumber, Avocado rolled & topped with Unagi & Sesame Seeds).
