River Oaks Chamber Orchestra (ROCO) features American organist, Paul Jacobs, and guest conductor, Edwin Outwater in a concert sponsored in part by the Houston Chapter of the American Guild of Organists. This musical mélange includes pieces by modern composer Pierre Jalbert, plus Haydn, and Felix-Alexandre Guilmant’s Symphony No. 1 for Organ and Orchestra.
