Adding to the holiday merriment, The Woodlands Mall hosts a Holiday Show and Santa Breakfast on Saturday, November 17, from 9 to 11 a.m. Benefiting Toys for Tots – Montgomery, there will be singing and stories and a visit from Santa, but the highlight of the morning will be a live performance of The Great Toy Drive Robbery Children’s Show. The Great Toy Drive Robbery is an engaging, interactive children’s theater show starring a silly police man, Detective S. Clause, who, along with his young rookie, Elle Phee, are on hand to make sure all the toys collected for Toys for Tots are well taken care of. A sneaky insurance man, Mr. Ebenezer Scrooge, is also there to make sure nothing happens to the toys. In charge of accepting the toys is Miss Cyndy Moneyplease from M.E. Charities. A magician by the name of Jack Frost has been hired to provide a touch of holiday magic, but he’s more grouchy then jolly! Panic ensues when it’s discovered the toys have been stolen. Mr. Scrooge and Miss Moneyplease demand an immediate investigation and insist that action be taken by the police. Can Detective Clause and Elle Phee save Christmas? Guests become both suspects and deputies, working together at each table to solve the mystery, find the toys and apprehend the larcenous Grinch – all before Santa shows up! Pet owners are invited to bring their four-legged friends to come by and have a photo taken with Santa. On select weekends, Operation Pets Alive! will be at The Woodlands Mall, offering cats and dogs for adoption by qualified individuals.
