Fashion Show to Raise Awareness for Women of All AbuseHouston, Texas- A young passionate woman with a voice, Tiffany Puga, Tamara Harris, along with a hosts of other powerful woman, together with The Bridge Over Troubled Waters, Inc.(The Bridge) a comprehensive crisis center will be hosting a Fashion Show Feb 16, 2013 to raise awareness for woman who have been affected by abuse of all kind.A complete act of community involvement with local business’s sponsoring and donating their services to make this event possible. The event will take place at a cozy yet stylish lounge called Fox Hollow, 4617 Nett St. Houston, Texas 77007 located in the up and coming development near Washington Ave., otherwise known as The Heights.  The benefit will have music, newest trends of jewelery, clothing and designs by Lavo Collection, The Jewelry Box, and Jessica Bird. “My own personal struggles inspired me to plan this event. I wanted women to know that they are not alone. Even the smartest most beautiful woman can be affected by abuse, but there is help to overcome this” Tiffany Puga said. The Bridge assists survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence and to those who are homeless due these circumstances or other crisis. The only center of its kind in Southeast Harris County, Texas services more than 20,000 annually.
