Chris Nemoto, Sushi Chef, Zushi Japanese Cuisine (For Ages 18 & Up) HANDS-ON. Chris honed his skills after extensive training with a master sushi chef. He’ll share insight into his techniques and genius at working creatively with ingredients in this very popular class. Tonight’s menu includes : Edamame; Negihama (A traditional combination of Japanese Yellowtail & Green Onions Rolled in Seaweed); Nigiri (Traditional Sushi with the Chef's Selection of Fish-of-the-Day over a Ball of Rice); Snapper Sashimi Appetizer (Snapper, Citrus Chili Paste, Watermelon Juice, Yuzu & Daikon Radish Sprouts); and Bazooka Roll (A Zushi House Specialty Roll with Marinated Escolar, Seared Pepper Tuna, Crispy Wontons & Lump Crab topped with Jalapeno-Miso Paste & Sanbaizu Vinaigrette).
