Ad & Event Program BookThis publication will not only contain the list of various events during the convention, but also will help our attendees find your business in the future. This is a great way we can promote our community and be Houston Proud together! We will also try to provide an attractive publication which the guest will take home, keep, and refer to again. The current expected print run is at least 10,000 copies, with extras being distributed throughout the city, and to all guests and attendees.Program Book Deadline: Friday, June 28, 2013 – Please submit all artwork as camera ready, EPS or vector art preferred for graphics. Cancellation & Refund PolicyTo receive a full refund, cancellation notice must be received in writing and confirmed before June 1, 2013. A 50% refund will be given if cancellation notice is received after June 1, 2013 and before June 15, 2013. Refunds will be made by August 31, 2013.
