Monthly Winter Bird Walks
Wednesdays, Noon to 1:15 pm
Mary Ann Beauchemin, Senior Naturalist at the Nature Discovery Center, will be leading a once a month bird walk in Russ Pitman Park throughout the winter. In the past we have had a few interesting “migrants” stay for the winter, and we often have some very interesting hummers visiting the park in the winter as well.
Dates: December 5, January 9, & February 6
Where: Meet us on the front porch of the Nature Discovery Center at 7112 Newcastle in Bellaire, TX 77401. Just drop in!
Bring: Binoculars.
