Following Phase II, must be able to run a minimum of 10 miles. Runners will build upon training by adding speed workouts to increase distance and ability to allow the succesfull completion of a half marathon. Once selectina and registering for the half marathon of choice, runners will be provided a 12-week training schedule that will help prepare them to successfully cross the finsih line.
