Phase 1 participants progress from walking to running 5 miles in 12 weeks. Weekly runs, include individual coaching from Jill Mitchell, RRCA certified Running Coach and Vicky Gilmor, RRCA certified Running Coach All participants will receive a T-shirt.
There will be a program orientation, Saturday January 5th, 9:30 am at the Recreation Center
