Cancellation and Substitution Policy We understand that unexpected situations sometimes occur, so substitutions are always welcome.  Please send the substitute to the conference with the original ticket. Refunds are not issued within 30 days of the event, but if cancellation occurs prior to that, a full refund will be issued less a $25.00 processing fee per ticket.  Registrants who do not cancel prior to the cut off and are unable to provide a substitution may request to have the workshop materials mailed to them.
