The only instrument that provides information regarding how people of each type have reported they react to using each function-attitude and experiencing others using each function-attitude.Provides the following information:

About the PresenterBob McAlpine is the president of Type Resources. He has worked with Jungian psychological type since 1985. From 1993 until 2010 he certified people to use the MBTI. He co-developed the current Majors PTI and PT-Elements certification program with Mark Majors and Amy Evers and currently conducts certification training on the Majors line of instruments. He also consults using type, temperament, interpersonal behavior and interaction theories to corporate and government organizations. His passion is around understanding how to apply the 8 function-attitudes in problem-solving, meeting management, time management, and providing constructive feedback to individuals.Bob is the co-author of the Function-Archetype Decoder, Exploring You, Introduction to Type and the 8 Jungian Functions, and Journey of Understanding: MBTI® interpretation using the eight Jungian functions. Bob has also presented for many APTi chapters and at many APTI conferences.
