Looking to create a twist on those traditional football-watching favorites for your upcoming Super Bowl party?
Hotel Derek Executive Chef Cunninghame West will present “All Things Super Bowl,” a culinary demonstration and tasting on Saturday, January 26 from 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m., an ideal experience for those planning to host a party for the big game – or for any gathering that puts your kitchen to the test.
Attendees will work alongside Chef West to prepare Barbecue Portobello Quesadillas; Parmesan Pita Nibbles; Chili-Lime Cashews and Sweet Chipotle Nuts; Potato Skins with Bacon, Blue Cheese and Tomato; Nachos with Pork and Pinto Beans; Meatball Parmesan Sliders and Buffalo Chicken Sliders – each perfectly paired with a chilled beer.
The demonstration and tasting is $49 per person which includes generous samples of all the beer-paired gourmet creations, valet parking and perhaps a few other culinary tips from Chef West.
