It's that time again and we're back at it this Fall. Come join our variety exercise class to get in shape. Each class will be a full-body beneficial experience by increasing heart heath (Cardiovascular health) and muscular strength. This low/high impact class includes a little bit of cardio, weight training, circuit training and stretching.
