Practice your open water swimming in Lake Woodlands! This is a private lake and swimming is usually prohibited, so this is your only chance to practice in Lake Woodlands for your upcoming triathlon.
No instruction provided. Walk-ups welcome. Secured bag drop will be available.
Courses:
Long - 1.2 miles, $25, 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Short - 500 meters, $10, 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Both - $30, Swimmers must exit water from 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Clinics: 10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., price includes short course
Open water Swim Practice with TJ Fry: $25-$30
Triathlon First Timer's Clinic with Sandra Sutherland: $35-$40
