FAQs Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?No, however complementary alcoholic drinks will be served.  We ask that you comply with the minimum State regulated age limit of 21 for the consumption of alcohol.  Thank you. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?There is general curbside street parking for all attendees.   The entrance to DUO is facing Calumet. What can/can't I bring to the event?If you are planning to donate a food item donation, the Houston Food Bank has kindly asked that you refrain from the following items due to safety reasons:Perishable items, homemade food items, baby food, open packages or items with "expired" dates.  Items that ARE acceptable are the following:Protein itemsCanned tuna or chicken packed in waterCanned vegetables low in sodium100% juice cans or boxesCereal and cereal bars that are low in sugar and fatPasta, spaghetti, macaroni, noodles Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?Via email: info@duo-houston.com or call (713) 489-7332.  All inquiries will be answered promptly. Is my registration/ticket transferrable?No.  This is a special one-time event and cannot be used for future brunches held at DUO Events. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?If you have purchased a $35 pre-sale ticket, we prefer that you bring your printed ticket, however we will have access to the names from which to confirm your attendance.  No ticket is neccessary when paying the $30 "With Food Donation" ticket at the door. What is the refund policy?In the event of dangerous weather or any other un-forseeable emergency, we will issue refunds in the same method in which it was paid within 24-48 hours. The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee.
