The “Child Care Administrator Credential Program” is designed to assist and teach potential Child Development Directors, Program Administrators, Assistant Directors, Site Director/ Supervisors or Day Care Owners basic principals of effectively maintaining a leadership role as a Texas Director by creating and sustaining an effective organization. This course also teaches participants how to maintain sound practices related to legal and financial obligations and responsibilities in child care management; furthermore how to implement and sustain a culturally sensitive, non-discriminatory and inclusive environment and curriculum based on principles of child development and professional standards.
