Symbolic of wisdom, transformation and healing, the Snake is held sacred by many mystics. It looks to bring peace and transformation to the New Year as we look to celebrate its ornate traditions. Slither on over and experience the Year of the Snake with fervent activities during the Museum's Lunar New Year celebration. Lunar New Year falls on Feb. 10, 2013. ON-GOING ACTIVITIES:•Dragons on Parade: Dragon parades are traditionally used to celebrate this holiday.
