Start off with antipasti like the Sweet Potato Ravioli stuffed with mashed sweet potato in a sage butter sauce; Mozzarella en Carrozza, homemade focaccia stuffed with mozzarella, sautéed in caper butter sauce; Insalata Mezzaluna, marinated artichokes with mushrooms, celery, tossed in vinaigrette and topped with shaved parmesan; or the Insalata Mona Lisa, mixed greens topped with creamy balsamic dressing, topped with diced tomatoes, sweet roasted almonds and feta cheese. Then choose from a selection of Piatti Forti, including the Linguini alla Gamberoni, linguini pasta tossed with gulf shrimp, black garlic, basil, roasted cherry tomatoes, all tossed in aglio; Dado Incrostata Passere, sautéed flounder crusted with pecans topped with scallops and lemon buerre blanc served over sautéed spinach; Pollo alla Gratella, chicken breast marinated with fresh rosemary and ammoghiu then grilled and served with roasted potatoes and sautéed spinach; Braciola di Maile alla Milanese, an 8oz pork chop breaded with Mama Mandola’s breadcrumbs, sautéed and topped with lemon butter sauce, diced tomatoes, served with rigatoni marinara; or the Filetto al Barolo, an 8oz center-cut filet mignon grilled, topped with mushrooms and a Barolo reduction served with gorgonzola mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.
