Choose from starters such as Luscious Gulf Blue Crab Soup with watercress; Spice-Dusted Seared Ahi Tuna with pickled heirloom tomatoes, arugula and togarashi mayo; or Texas Wild Mushroom and Hay-Smoked Guinea Hen Terrine with grilled bread and pickled red onion jam.
For the main course, enjoy the Baked Ricotta-Stuffed Eggplant with mascarpone polenta, tomato ragout and basil-mint salsa verde; Seared Scallops with pearl pasta-sweet pea risotto, asparagus and crispy cauliflower; Akaushi Beef Tenderloin, carpetbagger style with fried oysters, pecan smoked bacon, parsnip potato puree and crabmeat béarnaise; or Grilled Texas Lamb with fava bean pearl onion ragout, savoy cabbage and baby carrots.
For dessert, try the Butterscotch Pot au Crème with fleur de sel; Organic Mexican Dark Chocolate Cake with devilishly rich chocolate frosting and vanilla gelato; or Maraschino Cherry Ice Cream with strawberry and white chocolate profiteroles. Menu is $65 per person.
