Join Ms. Tracey Wheat as she takes you on a magical journey through African American folklore with tales like The Clever Turtle, and The People Could Fly. The African American Folktales (told for generations) are true tales of escape combined with fantasy. Enjoy the magic as rabbits, foxes, bears, wolves, and turtles tell their stories. These stories continue to serve as some of the most creative ways to express human fear and hope.
