Every year over a thousand artisan cheeses compete for ribbons at the American Cheese Society competition. Teams of judges carefully taste and evaluate the entries, ultimately selecting a best in each category. For this Dairymaids class, we're featuring the cheeses judged to be the best of the best at the 2013 ACS Conference. Lindsey, who has twice judged at ACS, will show us how cheese is evaluated, and what constitutes a winner. Then, we'll turn the judging over to you!So if your tastes tend to the finer things in life, or you just want to taste some really delicious cheese, join us as we talk about what makes a winning cheese!   FAQs What time should I arrive?Doors open at 6pm, and the class will begin promptly at 6:30pm.Â
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, we will check your name off our list at the door.
