You'll pick up tips, and learn some new techniques, as you work alongside Chef Ferrarese to make: Fresh Burrata with Oregano Marinated Tomatoes & Flat Bread with Texas Fig Balsamic;
Slow Cooked Duck Breast with Wild Mushroom Risotto, Black Truffle & Swiss Chard; and
Bonet alla Piemontese.
