Celebrate the Year of the Snake at Straits Asian Bistro in CityCentre. In honor of Chinese New Year on February 10, STRAITS will be offering special menu items for that weekend (February 8 – 10). Enjoy the Singapore Yu Sheng Hamachi with avocado spun radish and spicy yuzu dressing ($14); Braised Pork Belly & Long Life Noodles with fresh clams, Asian herbs and pickled turnips ($17); and Asian Pesto Steamed Red Snapper with sticky rice and sea scallop tomato salsa ($28). Regular menu items will also be available.
