In conjunction with Xochi Solis’ Rivers of Our Vision exhibition, Lawndale Art Center invites the public to join us for a record swap. Using Solis’ exhibition as a backdrop, the Project Space of Lawndale will be transformed into a market for your surplus LP’s and excess 45’s. Come with your extra copies of Pet Sounds, choose one from the crates to listen to and walk away with a new favorite! As an added bonus, we’ll serenade each other with choice liner notes and poetics from pop music lyrics. This is a pure barter exchange, no money needed.
