This is a pre race practice that takes place on site at the Towne Lake Community in Cypress, Texas. 8am start with 1 hour to swim a 500 meter course as many times as you would like. We will have a swim clinic prior to the start of the practice swim. After the swim we will run both the sprint and olympic run course. Lastly we will host a transition clinic with a demostration and Q&A for those that wish to stay.
