Hotel Derek's Valentino restaurant will host a family-style wine dinner featuring some of Italy's premium wines paired with the country's signature culinary entrees on Thursday, February 28 from 6-8 p.m. The wines presented at dinner, along with other Italian specialty vintages, will be auctioned off during the course of the evening.
