This is a 30/30 split class. The class itself will change from week to week.
The first 30 minutes will be a variable intensity workout with little impact. The focus will be on large movements and increasing core strength using various formats including kick box, floor aerobics, cardio pilates, and agility drills.
The following 30 minutes will focus to strength, flexibility and range of motion using body weight, hand weights, bands and gravity.
