Please read and be prepared to follow all the instructions listed below:Setup time is from 12pm -3:30pm.Your table must be setup and ready to go by 4:30pm. The parking lot will be open until 3:30pm for unloading ONLY and must be moved to the high school parking lot...NO EXCEPTIONS. Parking lot will reopen at 8:00pm for loading.ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING DURING THE EVENT AT THE LIBRARY.ALL EMCID EVENT PARKING IS AT THE NEW CANEY HIGH SCHOOL!!You will be provided with a 6 foot table and two chairs. You will need to provide your own table cloth and be sure to bring your own food/drink or be prepared to purchase from the concession. You are welcome to decorate your table and hand out any information, coupon or brochures as long as you also have candy or "goodies" to hand out to the kids.The event ends at 8:00pm. Breakdown time is no earlier than 7:30.  If you pack up your table before 7:30, you may not be asked to participate in future EMCID events.It does not reflect well on our event or your business for people to see empty tables. Even if you don't have anything to hand out, please stay at the table...you never know if anyone might want to visit with you about your business. This goes for inside and outside booths.You must sign in before setting up your table, even if you have an outside table. The sign in is outside by the front door under the big tent.Remember this is an event for the local kids to enjoy, let’s work together to make this a memorable event for all.Thank you for being a part of our event!
