Williams-Sonoma at The Woodlands Mall Presents March Technique Classes WEDNESDAY, MARCH 13 FROM 5:30 TO 7:30 P.M.: COOKBOOK CLUB* Nigella Lawson serves up straightforward and mouthwatering recipes that are quick and easy yet elevate weeknight meals into no-fuss feasts. SUNDAY, MARCH 17 AT 2 P.M.: HANDS-ON SEED STARTING WORKSHOP In this special hands-on class, attendees will get an introduction to gardening, including zones, seasons, and successive plantings, as well as hands-on seed starting. Heirloom seeds, starter pots and soil are included in the class and attendees will go home with five seed starts. There is a $10 fee for this special class, which will benefit the Edible Schoolyard Project, a nonprofit organization devoted to building and sharing a sustainable food curriculum for all schools.
