Athletes across the country will participate in the 2013 Maltz Challenge, an annual fitness contest held in honor of Sgt. Michael H. Maltz. CrossFit H-Town will host the only Houston Maltz challenge. The event is open to the public, whether you’re looking to show off just how tough you are by participating or showing your support from the sidelines. Participation is free, T-shirts $25 and food provided by Torched Grill will be available for $3.
