In this class, we cover Northern Indian cuisine, which is not as spicy as in the south, but still can have quite the kick! We will be covering some very authentic recipes and techniques. Note: the dessert is made ahead. Most all of our desserts are taught in our Baking classes should you be more interested in the Baking side of things.
In this class we will be making:
Tandoori Style Chicken - Chicken marinated in yogurt and spices and finished on the grill
Lamb Curry - Made with real curry leaves for the most aunthentic flavor
Palaak (Sag) Paneer - Creamy spinach with fresh Paneer cheese
Lemon Rice - a refreshing Basmatti rice
Mango Lassi - a cooling mango drink that's made with yogurt
