He’ll share insight into his techniques and display his genius at working creatively with ingredients as he teaches you to make: Shrimp Tempura Roll - Shrimp Tempura, Avocado, Cucumber, Japanese Mayonnaise; Nigiri (Traditional Sushi with a Sashimi Grade Fish & a Ball of Sushi Rice); Slammin' Sammy Roll - Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese, Crab, Soy/Extra Virgin Olive Oil Sauce, Dill Sprigs & Capers; and
Tuna Poke - Hawaiian-Style Sashimi Appetizer with fresh Tuna.
