Experience laughter yoga, play-based breathing and movement exercises practiced for health and wellness. Not in a good mood? No sense of humor? No problem. Fun and easy to do, laughter yoga increases the oxygen supply to the brain and body, potentially resulting in reduction of stress and physical pain, a strengthened immune system, and improvements in blood pressure. A concluding guided meditation and talk follows the exercises. No yoga mats or exercise clothing is needed.
