The Mediterranean also inspires the cuisine's focus on fresh fish, olives, tomatoes, herbs, etc...Join us for this summer inspired menu!

It’s a great date-night class or night out for friends. All classes are BYOB. Note: the dessert is made ahead. Most all of our desserts are taught in our Baking classes should you be more interested in the Baking side of things.
In this class you will learn:
Starter: Green Olive Tapenade served on Crusty French Bread (only item containing gluten)
Appetizer: Soupe au Pistou - The French version of Minestrone soup, served with a kind of garlicy, tomato pesto
Entrée: Shallow oil poached fish and Tarragon served with Ratatouille (the classic colorful, baked vegetable medley of eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, and onions finished with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fresh, ripped basil served with a TexMex style roasted pepper sauce)
Dessert: Raspberry Cremeux with Chocolate Mousse and fresh strawberries
