Well... One of our most frequently asked questions is, "So, what's your favorite thing to cook and eat?" Now's your chance to find out! As many of you know, Celeste worked for a while in southern France. The way of life and their food definitely influenced her cooking. Also, having lived in New England, she assures us (Southerners) that we need help with our pasta and cheesecake. We've been told by many of our repeat customers that the Bolognese sauce is the best thing we make. Now that's a tall order to live up to!
Note: the dessert is made ahead. Most all of our desserts are taught in our Baking classes should you be more interested in the Baking side of things. It’s a great date-night class or night out for friends. All classes are BYOB.
In this class, you will make:
Appetizer - Sweet, lump crab cakes with a spicy remoulade
Entree - Hearty, rich bolognese (ragu sauce with braised short ribs, sweet and hot sausage, etc.), slowly cooked for several hours - served with fresh pasta that you'll roll out :)
Dessert -New York Style Cheesecake with seasonal fruit
