The Dinner Party series involves a very relaxed atmosphere for those who wish to learn a cuisine, but are zapped from a long week at work or from just being a domestic goddess. These classes are shorter in length and involve easier, but delicious recipes to prepare.
It’s a great date-night class or night out for friends. All classes are BYOB.
In this class you will make:
Appetizer: Seasonal Minestrone Soup and Crusty Bread
Entrée: Roast Pork with Apricot Glaze and Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Brown Butter and Herbs
Dessert: Classic Espresso Drenched Tiramisu
Wine Pairing Suggestions: Chianti Classico or Pinot Noir
