On September 28th, Dewberry Farm opens for the season and celebrates eleven years of offering clean country “Agri-tainment” to farm-fans who flock there from across the state of Texas. Dewberry Farm is open to the public on weekends-only and Columbus Day – Saturdays – 10 a.m. to Dusk and Sundays – Noon to Dusk, September 28th through November 10th.With more than 30 attractions, Dewberry Farm includes a new Carousel, an eight-acre Pumpkin Patch, hair-raising Zip Lines, Punkin’ Hollar with 500 lighted hand-carved pumpkins, “thoroughbred” Pig Races, and a spectacular eight-acre Corn Maze in which to get lost!The theme of this year’s special Dewberry Farm corn maze pays tribute to our First Responders. Visitors can visit our 8-Acre corn maze featuring the logos of the Police, Fire and EMT. There will be different safety themed activities at Dewberry Farm each weekend of the fall season.Our newest addition is for moms and their own little “additions”. This Fall, we will debut an air-conditioned facility complete with comfy seating for breastfeeding mothers and a diaper changing station near all the farm fun.Also new this year – our horse themed Carousel! Little Cowgirls and Cowboys can grab their hats and boots and saddle up on Dewberry Farm’s Carousel. Riders of all ages can mosey on up and hitch a ride.On the day after Thanksgiving, November 29th, Dewberry Farm will welcome visitors to the back 40 acres of the Christmas Tree Farm. A wagon will take families to the “forest” where they can search for and cut that special tree. Dewberry elves will take care of the tree shaking and baling while kids and parents enjoy taking photos with Santa, farm rides and attractions, custom wreath making and shopping in the Country Store and Sweet Shoppe. No entry-fee to the Farm during the Christmas season.About Dewberry Farm
Located west of Katy, Dewberry Farm opened in 2002 and is owned and operated by Larry and Mary Emerson and Dan Bradshaw. Originally planned as just a great corn maze, it has grown into an “Agri-tainment” enterprise featuring more than 30 activities, a variety of foods and shopping.
