The 2013 Wildscapes Workshop & Native Plant Sale will be held Saturday, September 7, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, at the Houston Zoo's Brown Education Center at 6200 Hermann Park Drive, Houston, TX 77030. We'll have educational programs, refreshments, boxed lunch, a nature book sale and doorprizes all day. Entry to the zoo, a $13 value, is included with registration. The Native Plant Sale is open to the public from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm. There is free public entry to the plant sale. The cost is $40 per person. Saturday, September 7, after the workshop, we will lead a walk to the Native Plant Garden at the Zoo, near the Merry-Go-Round.
