Kat and I have been dying to include in one of our classes an awesome Lasagna we made for one Thanksgiving (sorry, we don't stick much to traditional holiday foods.) And here it is! Some of you may remember from our old place when we would bring out our own homemade Limoncello (made with Everclear.) It was a great way to finish of a meal and make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. ;-) Now we're going to serve it over a refreshing blueberry sorbet. It's all as comforting as getting a big hug from an Italian grandma.
Note: the dessert is made ahead. Most all of our desserts are taught in our Baking classes should you be more interested in the Baking side of things.
Here's what's on the menu:
- Seasonal Cantaloupe, Prosciutto, Mozzarella, and Basil salad with Honey Lemon Vinaigrette
- Lasange Bolognese (made with Celeste's Famous Bolognese and Suga Roso sauce)
- Seasonal Roasted Veggies (fired up and charred, then served with a Balsamic vinaigrette)
- Blueberry Sorbet with homemade Limoncello (Kat and Cel's famous grain alcohol concoction)
