Texas is lucky to be a part of the great American Southwest. Thanks to the influence of our Southern neighbors, we’ve become one spicy region! This class is all about heat and smoky flavors. To cool it all off, what could be better than Tres Leches? Note: the dessert is made ahead. Appetizer: Tortilla chips with Hatch Green Chili & Cheese Sauce
Entree: Roasted poblanos stuffed with chorizo, shredded chicken, green apple chutney and white cheeses - served with spanish rice
