Our Speakers will be Judge Emmett from Commissioner's Court of Harris County, will address us on the following: (1) Transportation development to meet the needs of future growth for HC with its development of the Panama Canal and its shipping to our Ports. (2) What will become of the safety of civilian drivers and trucks on our freeways. (3) What will be the future for the Eastend inhabitants mostly Latino and Blacks into the development of jobs and opportunities. Their neighborhood is congested with traffic of trains and rail-crossings and danger to school children.
Transportation is the back bone of a main artery in the State of Texas economy, because through that artery will jobs be created, quality and recognized education programs will be introduced from the workforce businesses and engineering fields into the high school levels and where hope will be born and mentored too.
